After placing an
order you will receive
a scale drawing of
your monument like the
one
above. This drawing
shows the shape/style
of monument, selected
designs or carvings
inscriptions, panels,
etc. The diagonal
lines in the drawing
are used to indicate
polished areas within
the monument.
You will also notice
that in the lower left
hand corner we
include additional
information pertaining
to your monument. Line
1 will be your
name or company name. Line
2 is the color
and style of the
monument. Line
3 is the
dimensions: length x
width x height. Lines
4-6 is the
shapes and finishes
for
the top, sides, front
and back. Line
7 is the order
number. Line
8 is the date
that the
order was faxed or
mailed to you. Your
order may contain more
or less lines of
information than the
example.
Once you receive this
drawing the next step
is for you to double
check all information
for accuracy. If
everything is correct
than you will put your
signature on the
"approved"
line in the bottom
right hand corner of
the drawing. Beside
your signature
please include the
date that you faxed
the drawing to us.
