1. Replacement/Refund.
We will replace your pet memorial free of charge if it's damaged/lost
during shipping or
if we made a mistake on your order. Proof of damage or errors must be
provided.
We waiver the signature for delivery option as many people are not at home
to receive the shipment.
If you wish, for your protection, to use the signature required option
please let us know.
We will not provide a refund unless for some reason the memorial can't be
replaced. |

2. Modifications
If you made an error in the lettering or design selection and
realize it before any work has
started than we will correct your error at no charge. If you notice the
error after work has been
started or the memorial completed than we will replace the stone at a
discounted price.
We will not replace a memorial at our cost if you made a mistake but we
will work
with you in a fair manner to help you replace it. |

3. Canceling Your Order
Since our pet memorial markers are custom made their are
restrictions to canceling your order.
If no work has started or no items ordered for your pet memorial marker
than we will allow you to
cancel your order for whatever reason. We will provide proof of either
work started or items ordered
if requested. If a pet porcelain portrait has already been ordered
and you wish to cancel your order than you will be responsible for payment
of that portrait. Pet porcelain
portraits can not be returned to the manufacturer which is why you will be
responsible for payment.
If this happens you will receive the completed porcelain portrait in the
mail.
If work has already started on your memorial than you can not cancel the
order. |

4. Estimated Delivery Time
We do what we can to create and ship our memorial markers in a
timely manner but we can not
guarantee that you will receive the memorial in the estimated time that we
give.
We do not manufacture the pet porcelain portraits. We also outsource the
hand etched pet portraits
to a local artist to be created. There can be delays in receiving these
items due to vacation time,
shipping delays (pet porcelain portraits are made in Europe) and other unforeseen
events.
If your order is time critical please be sure to notify us of this so that
we can let you know
if we can meet your required delivery date. |
