Step
1. Design guidelines
and Order/Quote form
help.
The Design
guidelines and Order/Quote
Help pages have
useful information
guiding
you through the design
and selection process.
Also see the Definitions
and Dimensions
page for a
better understanding
of the terms used to
describe a monument
and to
view charts of the
common sizes for
headstone tablets,
grave markers and
bases.
Step 2. Browse the
Website for ideas and
designs.
Take some time to
browse the website for
ideas and options. To
view designs
displayed in different
styles and granite
colors check out the
Horizontal and
Vertical
Tablets, Flush and
Slant Grave Markers or
the Heart and Unique
Shaped monuments.
Step
3. Find carvings to
add to or create a
design.
Once you have selected
a monument style and
decided if you want a
design on
it you may want to add
an emblem, symbol,
flower or other
carving. Check out our
Carving
Library which
contains hundreds of
different carvings
used to add to or
create
a custom monument. If
you can't find what
you are looking for
contact us for help.
Step
4. Select letter
styles for
inscriptions.
Now that the design
aspect is done it's
time to select the
letter style that you
would like for the
inscriptions. There
are many choices you
can view in the Text
Selection pages.
The most commonly used
letter style is Roman
Modified. Other
common letter styles
are Condensed Roman
and Vermarco. Some
letter styles will
not work in all
applications and we
will let you know if
that is the case on
your order.
Step
5. Choose a panel for
the inscriptions.
After selecting the
letter styles you can
choose a panel
style for the
inscriptions.
If you selected a
design it may already
have panels in it. You
can pick different
panels
if you would like to.
Some panels may not
work on some monuments
or with the design
selected. The most
common panel types are
Single line, Double
line, Scroll and
Ribbon.
Step
6. Get a Quote for the
monument.
Now that you
know what you want
it's time to get a
quote. The Quote
form will ask
you for a lot of
information. If you
are unsure about some
of the information we
are requesting you can
click onto certain
words or sentences for
help. If you are still
uncertain put "not sure" for that request and we
will use the standard
choices. The most
important information
for a quote is the
style, size and color
of the
monument, design and
carving choices and
the sizes and amount
of inscription
letters.
You may also call us
for a quote or for
help with the quote
form.
Step
7. Placing order.
When you are
ready to place an
order you can use the Order
form or call us.
The order
form is similar to the
quote form except that
it requests more
specific information.
The form will request
the design numbers and
carving numbers for
selections from the
Carving Library. You
will also type the
names, dates,
endearment phrases and
any other lettering.
There are words and
sentences that you may
click on for help with
the form.
Step
8. Approving the
drawing.
Once we receive
your order we will
prepare a black and
white line drawing for
you to
carefully check and
approve. When the
drawing is approved we
will proceed with
the manufacturing of
the monument. For

drawing please click
